Welcome to Hassler Travels. By booking travel services through Hassler Travels (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline important information about your booking, responsibilities, and our role as your travel advisor.
- Our Role as a Travel Agency
Hassler Travels acts as an independent travel advisor and booking agent. We arrange travel services on your behalf with third‑party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, and insurance providers (“Suppliers”).
We do not own, operate, or control these Suppliers. All travel services are subject to the terms, conditions, and liability policies of the individual Supplier.
- Booking & Payment
- A booking is not confirmed until payment is received and the Supplier issues a confirmation.
- Payment schedules, deposit requirements, and final payment dates vary by Supplier.
- Failure to make payments by the stated deadlines may result in cancellation and loss of funds.
- Prices are subject to change until paid in full.
You authorize Hassler Travels to use your provided payment information to process payments with Suppliers on your behalf.
- Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
- All cancellations and changes are subject to the policies of the Supplier.
- Some bookings may be non‑refundable or non‑changeable.
- Hassler Travels is not responsible for Supplier‑imposed fees, penalties, or denied refunds.
- If you request a cancellation or modification, we will assist you in navigating the Supplier’s process.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
- Travel Documents & Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers:
- Have valid passports (valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates)
- Obtain required visas, vaccinations, or entry documents
- Meet all health, testing, and safety requirements set by destinations or Suppliers
Failure to meet these requirements may result in denied boarding or entry, without refund.
- Traveler Responsibilities
By booking with Hassler Travels, you agree to:
- Provide accurate traveler information
- Review all confirmations for accuracy
- Notify us promptly of any discrepancies
- Comply with Supplier rules, policies, and conduct expectations
- Arrive on time for flights, tours, and scheduled activities
We are happy to help guide you, but the traveler is ultimately responsible for meeting all deadlines and requirements.
- Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as:
- Trip cancellation or interruption
- Medical emergencies
- Lost or delayed luggage
- Travel delays
Declining insurance means you accept full responsibility for any financial loss.
- Risks & Assumption of Responsibility
Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Illness, injury, or accidents
- Weather disruptions
- Supplier delays or cancellations
- Changes in government policies or entry requirements
By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Hassler Travels is not liable for events outside our control.
- Limitation of Liability
Hassler Travels is not responsible for:
- Acts or omissions of Suppliers
- Loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from travel
- Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
- Lost or stolen belongings
- Errors or changes in Supplier information
Our liability is limited to the amount of commission or service fees paid directly to Hassler Travels.
- Client Communication
By booking with us, you consent to receive:
- Email communications
- Itinerary updates
- Travel reminders
- Optional marketing messages (you may unsubscribe at any time)
We respect your privacy and do not sell personal information.
- Website Content & Intellectual Property
All content on the Hassler Travels website—including text, branding, graphics, and resources—is the property of Hassler Travels and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within the state.
